Cottage accommodation (Living space - Bedrooms)

The cottage very comfortably accommodates six people in three bedrooms on the first floor. The first floor comprises of three bedrooms and a large toilet. All bedrooms are bright, airy and comfortably furnished whilst retaining the character of the cottage. The bedrooms all have original floorboards and exposed beams. All rooms have been recently decorated. All bedrooms have individually controlled electric heating and Velux windows with blackout blinds.

Luxury Christy towels and high quality bed linen comprising duvet cover, sheet and pillowcases are available at an extra cost. Duvets and pillows are provided as standard. Please note that these beds are French and the dimensions are slightly different to English beds. So if you bring your own bedding you will need to bring flat sheets and not fitted sheets for the kingsize and double beds as they are approximately 10 cms  and 5cms respectively wider than their English equivalents. All duvets and pillows are polyester filled suitable for allergy sufferers.

 

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is furnished in a “country” style of cream painted pine and delicate green colour scheme. The bedroom overlooking the rear garden, has a king size bed with a latex mattress for a superior comfortable sleep, a large wardrobe with shelves, hanging space and drawers.

 

 

Bedroom 2

This large twin bedroom is furnished in an antique oak style, with a large ornate wardrobe, and a bow-fronted chest of drawers. Both beds are pocket sprung.

Bedroom 3

This double bedroom is furnished in a light lilac colour scheme and furnished with dark oak furniture. Bedroom 3 is accessed from Bedroom 2. The double bed is a latex bed.

Bathroom

On the first floor there is a bathroom with a multijet shower,toilet and washbasin.
