Cottage accommodation (Living space - Bedrooms)

The cottage very comfortably accommodates six people in three bedrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor there is the lounge, dining kitchen, bathroom and toilet. All rooms are light and airy.

Children friendly

Our aim has been to make this house as child friendly as possible and as standard we provide the following baby equipment at no extra cost: travel cot, highchair, pushchair, changing mat, potty, toilet seat, child gate at the top of the stairs, electricity socket covers, cutlery and plastic crockery.

Lounge

The front door opens directly onto the tiled lounge. The room is light and airy, spacious and comfortable with a log burning fire, ideal for cooler evenings. In the summer the stone walls keep this room cool and refreshing.

For evening entertainment English TV is available through Sky satellite and French terrestrial TV (32 inch LCD TV); there is also a DVD player and a CD music system with an i-pod dock. A selection of DVDs is available for watching, and also books and games are available should there be a rainy day.

There are telephones in the lounge and kitchen which accept all incoming calls. Outgoing calls can be made locally free of charge. All other outgoing calls are barred.

Kitchen

The tiled kitchen diner is spacious and has been decorated in a cream and blue country style with a large solid oak table comfortably seating six people.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with new high quality appliances -a large fridge-freezer, fan oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, kettles, a toaster and washing machine. There is a 12 place Denby tableware service and a large selection of glassware and cutlery. Children are also catered for with their own crockery and cutlery.

A high chair and booster seat are available free of charge for families with children. For entertainment in the kitchen there is an i-pod dock, LCD TV and a DVD player just in case the children don't want to watch the same programmes.

The patio doors lead directly onto the front garden and in summer this makes the perfect place for an al fresco breakfast.

As standard we also provide a small range of cleaning equipment including washing up liquid, soap powder and hand soap.

Bathroom and downstairs toilet

The bathroom is on the ground floor and this is typical of traditional Breton properties as all living space and bedrooms were originally on one floor. The spacious bathroom has a large size bath with shower over it and there is a separate thermostatically controlled power shower. There is a separate tiled toilet opposite the bathroom.
