Prices are per week for the rental of the cottage up to a maximum of 6 people and 1 young baby.

The normal changeover day is Saturday, this may be negotiable in low and mid season subject to availability.

Prices include heating, electricity, wood and water. Linen and towels are not included in the rental cost but may be hired for an additional cost of £8.00 and £2.50 per person per week respectively.

No smoking is allowed in the cottage. Pets are not allowed in the cottage as we are aim to maintain a low allergen environment.

Baby equipment is available on request at no extra cost. Baby equipment includes Graco travel cot, highchair, 2 pushchairs (incl 1 Maclaren Techno XT), plates, cups, cutlery, stairgate at top of stairs, changing mat, potty, toilet seat, bath thermometer.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. We also take a £100 security deposit which is returnable after your stay.

Payment is also accepted in euros, please contact us for euro prices.
